About DSK Training
DSK Training was established by Debbie Keynes in 2009.
Debbie has been a qualified Registered General Nurse for over 30 years. She trained at Kingston and Esher hospitals in Surrey and in Queen Alexander hospital in Portsmouth. Having specialised in General Surgery, Orthopaedics, Day Surgery and Care of the elderly.
Debbie has also worked as a Registered Manager in various Homes on the Isle of Wight. Debbie has been an Assessor and Internal Verifier for Health and Social Care since 2002 and obtained her PTLLS qualification in 2007. Debbie also holds a Level 4 in Food Safety in Catering.
Debbie has a senior consulting position within Mainstream and hope to have the pleasure of working with you for many years to come.
Pam has worked as a Trainer and Assessor for DSK since 2015 having worked in the Health and Social Care Sector for over 30 years. Pam holds a Certificate in Further Education (DTTLS), Certificate in Management, a Level 4 in Learning and Development, NEBOSH Certificate (Health and Safety) and has obtained a D32/33 and V1 in Assessment and Internal Verification. Pam is also a First Aid Instructor.
Having worked in the Social Services Sector as a Home Care Manager for many years Pam became a National Manager for the Domiciliary Services for a national charity and then in 2003 transferred to the National Training team as a Regional Training and Development Officer until 2014. During this time Pam was involved in designing, planning and delivery of management and health and social care courses as well as experience of assessment and moderation of apprenticeships.
Christine has worked as a trainer /assessor for DSK since early 2016, having worked in the health and social care sector for 20 plus years, during that time I have also been on the management team for a 60 bedded residential care home in the midlands and have been a staff training co-ordinator in a large hospital in the midlands, where I delivered training to the cleaning, housekeeping and portering staff including delivery of NVQs, I was also part of the quality assurance team monitoring the cleaning, health and safety and infection control standards in the hospital.
Christine holds a Level 3 Certificate in Education, IOSH for Care Home Managers, Assessors Award, Level 3 Food Safety for Supervisors, Level 3 Award in First Aid at work, Level 2 Award in Medication awareness, Manual Handling instructors award and Prevent for Practitioners.
